Our Story
Country Get Away Adult Day Services opened in Bloomer, Wisconsin to fill a real gap in our community: a warm, country-style adult day care where adults with disABILITIES and elderly community members are treated as individuals — not patients, not numbers — and where family caregivers can find reliable, dignified respite.
We serve families across Chippewa County, Dunn County, and the surrounding area. Our property is intentionally peaceful: a relaxing country setting with cozy interior spaces, room to spread out, and the quiet of being out of town.
What We Believe
Our staff-to-client ratio is intentionally low. Every person who walks through our door gets to be known — their preferences, their history, what makes them light up.
Certified by the State of Wisconsin. Staff are background-checked, First Aid and CPR trained, and experienced in working with adults with disABILITIES.
